[iset] hello world

this is a very nice game. we've done some code cadavre exquis 
variants in SC before, which worked a bit like this, but something 
peculiar was obviously missing.

So I have the next instruction set suggestion for September:
Looking at someone looking at someone is interesting. Write some code 
where some part of the program is looking at another part of the 
program. Or extend a program by a program that is looking at a part 
of it. Listening is allowed, too.
